    About You:

    • Your experience in the non-profit sector has honed your ability to create and nurture long-term funding relationships, demonstrating your commitment to patient, relationship-focused work.

    • You have loved working in a business development capacity for non-profit organizations but you are seeking a career path with greater compensation potential.

    • You derive motivation from strategic thinking, data analysis, and cultivating meaningful connections, rather than traditional sales tactics.

    • You love problem solving.

    • Challenges bring out the best in you– your keen sense of curiosity and the innate problem solver in you.

    • As a natural problem solver and critical thinker, you excel in navigating complex business environments and establishing long-term partnerships.

    • Creating sales partnerships is not just a goal for you; it's a result of your meticulous planning and execution.

    • You appreciate the significance of patience and are comfortable with a lengthy sales cycle, understanding the value of cultivating relationships over time.

    • Your strength lies in building meaningful relationships, particularly in a Business-to-Business setting, through thoughtful communication and collaboration.

    • You like engaging in conversations over the phone and in-person to articulate the value of a service you believe in.

    • You get energy from the consistent follow-up required to nurture client relationships.

    • You gain satisfaction from cultivating and maintaining relationships.

    • Every aspect of the consultative sales process energizes you—solving client challenges, negotiating deals, driving profits, and contributing to team success.

    • Receiving a "no" from a potential client stings, but it also makes you all the more determined to understand why.

    • Colleagues describe you as intelligent, articulate, and curious, because you put in the time and effort to develop your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay rate depends on training and experience. Base salary plus a performance-based commission structure should take you to a total compensation of $75-110k per year.

    What we offer:

    • Competitive base salary + an attractive incentive program

    • Use of a company vehicle

    • Health Insurance coverage (employer pays 50% of individual employee coverage)

    • 7 days of Paid Time Off after 2 years of employment
