We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Job Supervisor to lead field teams in the handling, packing, and cleaning of personal contents. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment where you can make a direct impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site crews in the pack-out, transportation, and inventory of damaged personal property

Supervise cleaning, deodorization, and restoration of contents at the facility or on-site

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at job sites

Ensure quality control, safety, and efficiency on all projects

Train and guide team members on proper handling and documentation procedures

Coordinate schedules and resources with the operations and project management teams

Maintain accurate paperwork and digital records for job tracking and insurance purposes

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in contents restoration, moving, cleaning, or a related field preferred

Prior supervisory or team lead experience a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL a plus but not required)

Ability to pass background check and drug screening
