    We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enrollment Coach & Franchise Training Specialist (Traveling Required) to support the successful launch and growth of franchise locations across the country. This hybrid role combines sales excellence, team training, and on-site leadership to help new locations open strong and scale quickly.

    In this position, you will travel to franchise locations, working hands-on with owners and their sales teams to implement proven enrollment systems, drive revenue, and build high-performing sales cultures. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with leadership experience, a passion for coaching, and the flexibility to work weekends as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    Travel to franchise locations nationwide to support new store openings and ongoing performance.

    Train, coach, and develop franchise sales teams on proven enrollment strategies and systems.

    Lead by example by actively participating in sales efforts and demonstrating best practices.

    Help implement and optimize sales processes, scripts, and KPIs across locations.

    Ensure each location meets or exceeds enrollment and revenue targets.

    Provide on-site support during critical launch periods, including weekends.

    Evaluate team performance and deliver actionable feedback to franchise owners and leadership.

    Collaborate with internal leadership to refine training programs and improve systems.

    Maintain accurate reporting and communication on location performance and opportunities.

    Requirements

    Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in high-performance or membership-based environments.

    Proven leadership or managerial experience (training, coaching, or leading a team).

    Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

    Willingness and ability to travel nationwide.

    Must be available to work weekends as needed for location openings and peak operations.

    Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HighLevel) is a plus.

    Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.

    Starting at $75,000+ annually, based on performance. Final compensation will reflect experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
