    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a warm and supportive classroom environment that meets the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of infants and toddlers.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide responsive, respectful, and nurturing care to infants and toddlers (ages 6wks-12mths)

    Implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones

    Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

    Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about daily routines, progress, and concerns

    Observe and document children’s growth, behavior, and development

    Collaborate with co-teachers and administrative staff to plan curriculum and activities

    Follow all licensing regulations and health and safety standards

    Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or GED required

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

    Infant/Toddler CDA (Child Development Associate) certification or willingness to obtain

    At least 2 year of experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed child care setting

    Knowledge of child development principles and best practices

    Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

    CPR and First Aid certification

    Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in active play
