This individual will be responsible for managing client files, completing intake assessments for new clients, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities :
Complete client intakes and assessments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and organize client files in compliance with regulatory standards.
Advocate on behalf of clients and the company in a professional manner.
Represent the company’s values to clients, families, and external partners.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
Contribute to the company’s growth through proactive engagement and leadership. Licensed Case Manager (state-specific license required).
Proven experience in client intake, file management, and documentation.
