    About the Role

    As a Sales Representative, you'll hunt for new business and manage accounts. This full-time/part-time role requires new business development, sales, and account management skills, preferably with experience in recruiting or staffing.

    In this role, you will:

    * Generate new business leads and sell via multiple channels, including email, video calls, phone, and LinkedIn (targeting customers primarily in Canada and the United States)  
    

    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Coordinate sales efforts with core team members (Strategy, Business Development, and Operations)
    • Inform potential clients of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of working with JobAdX
    • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend the appropriate products and services.
    • Maintain the client database/CRM (experience using Hubspot is considered an asset)
    • Prepare correspondences with clients and follow up with leads
    • Provide customer support with the objective of maximizing customer satisfaction
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback

    • You're a good listener with strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Excellent written and oral English language skills. This will mostly be digital communication, but you may need to pick up the phone from time to time to communicate information faster
    • A positive attitude and desire to learn: sometimes, the business needs to take us out of our comfort zone. We see this as an opportunity to grow and hope you will too! Progress, not perfection!
    • You believe business is earned through expertise - and you'd instead solve your prospect's problem than hard-sell them on something they don't need—integrity matters.
    • Background in recruiting, marketing, or advertising would be a huge plus!
    • This is a fully remote position, but the candidate must be based in US or Canada. This role may also require occasional travel to the US or Canada for meetings or trade shows, so dust off that passport!

    Salary Structure:

    Commission structure:
    • 10% commission of net sales for new clients. Potential to earn up to $5000-$10,000 per month with just commissions.

    A fixed base salary could be offered after three months if the performance exceeds expectations.
