ACCOUNTING / FINANCE

BANKING OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

CASH RECONCILIATIONS DEPARTMENT

GREAT FOR ACCOUNTING, FINANCE AND BUSINESS GRADS

AS BANKING OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR IN THE CASH RECONCILIATIONS DEPARTMENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRAINING AND LEARN TO:

• Support the Cash Reconciliation process
• Obtain bank account balances from the Trust Accounting System
• Review, analyze and reconcile account activity and balances
• Follow up with internal teams to obtain supporting documentation
• Upload documentation to the Trust Accounting System
• Monitor the check queue for payments pending authorization
• Keep detailed account notes
• Produce routine and special reports
• Conduct routine and spot audits of client accounts
• Serve as a resource and point of contact for clients
• Provide additional cross-functional support within the department
• Manage special projects

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE WILL INCLUDE EITHER:

• (A) A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar with a GPA above 3.25
• (B) At least two years of related / relevant experience from the Banking, Financial Services, Brokerage industries or similar

WITH:

• Experience with Reconciliations
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Comfort with numbers, data and spreadsheets

PLUSES:

• +++ Knowledge of T-Recs Reconciliation Software
• +++ Knowledge of Trust Accounting Systems
• +++ Experience with IRA's and/or Alternative Investments
• +++ Knowledge of IRA/IRS rules and regulations
