Call Center / Customer Support / Inside Sales Business Development and Customer Support Specialist $50,000 to start plus commissions and full benefits As Business Development and Customer Support Specialist, you will: * Use Salesforce to manage business development activity * Reach out to prospects by phone and email * Engage and qualify leads * Identify key decision makers * Use a consultative sales approach * Set follow-ups * Manage first-time orders * Assist customers with their product and service selections * Answer questions and address inquiries * Generate price proposals * Negotiate and close sales * Keep customer account notes * Collaborate with internal teams * Perform other duties as assigned An ideal candidate profile will include: * At least 1 year of Sales, Business Development and/or Account Management experience With: * Customer Service skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel * A High School Diploma or Equivalent Northwest Suburbs of Chicago - Roselle, IL JobGiraffe's client is an established specialist in the commercial cleaning industry.
