CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

AS CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST YOU WILL RECEIVE COMPLETE TRAINING AND LEARN TO:

• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Explain the firm's suite of insurance services
• Answer questions/inquiries
• Screen and transfer calls as appropriate
• Maintain customer account information in the database
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding service
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
• Suggest, up-sell and cross-sell products and services as appropriate
• Perform other duties as assigned

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE WILL INCLUDE:

• At least 2 years of Customer Service, Account Management, Account Services, Call Center, Customer Support, Customer Administration, Sales, Inside Sales or similar/related

WITH:

• Customer Service Skills
• Highly effective communication skills
• Consultative and appropriate "inside" sales skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Organization and prioritization skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail

PLUSES:

• +++ Insurance Industry experience
• +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

Up to $75,000 to start plus full company-sponsored benefits, uncapped commissions and opportunities for career advancement

Multiple Office Locations Throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana plus opportunities to work from home.
