    Customer Service / Administrative / Contract Administration

    Operations Coordinator - Healthcare and Medical Device

    _ Up to $25.00 per hour to start plus annual bonus plus Medical, Dental and PTO_

    As Operations Coordinator, you will:

    • Join a specialist in biomedical equipment
    • Learn to facilitate contract administration processes for medical device asset management
    • Enter and process new contracts
    • Make amendments and adjustments to existing contracts as necessary
    • Create, review and process customer billings
    • Coordinate with the Sales Team, Filed Service Team and customers
    • Perform vendor management functions
    • Assist with marketing initiatives
    • Uphold quality and compliance standards
    • Troubleshoot issues as they arise
    • Maintain manual and electronic file systems
    • Handle special projects
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    An ideal candidate profile will include:

    • At least 5 years of Customer Service experience
    • At least 5 years of Administrative experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access

    Pluses:

    • +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
    • +++ Contract Administration experience
    • +++ Prior related experience in a hospital/medical center setting and/or with Medical Devices
