Office / Customer Service / Data Entry Customer Service and Data Entry Representative (Entry-Level)= Up to $17.50 per hour to start plus full company-sponsored benefits As Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will: * Receive complete training * Communicate with customers by phone and email * Answer questions and address inquiries * Transfer technical calls to the field service team * Learn to use the database * Take, enter and process orders * Make updates to customer account information * Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise * Escalate complex issues as necessary * Perform other duties as assigned An ideal candidate profile will include: * Communication, Customer Service and Phone skills * Computer and Data Entry skills * A High School Diploma or Equivalent Pluses: * +++ At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support or Call Center experience * +++ EDI experience / proficiency Western Suburbs of Chicago - Batavia, IL JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in the electronics industry.
