MARKETING / ADVERTISING / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
PROPERTY MARKETING ASSOCIATE
UP TO $60,000 TO START PLUS HEALTH INSURANCE, HSA AND PTO
AS PROPERTY MARKETING ASSOCIATE, YOU WILL:
- Receive complete training
- Implement and execute strategic marketing initiatives
- Engage new and current residents
- Develop digital advertising content and campaigns
- Administer social media schedules and handles
- Create, maintain and update content on the website
- Write blog posts and the monthly newsletter
- Create unique marketing plans for each property
- Establish marketing KPIs
- Monitor and update property listings
- Maintain the property photo library
- Coordinate taking new photos for new properties and listings
- Drive public relations initiatives and media engagements for new tenants
- Develop engagement opportunities with existing residents
- Coordinate Company events
- Assist with 'open houses'
- Visit properties to audit signage and other branding elements
- Design and order new property signage
- Monitor online brand reputation, including Yelp reviews and other feedback through online reputation sites
- Conduct competitive and market analysis
- Prepare routine and special reports for management
- Manage special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE WILL INCLUDE:
- At least two years of Marketing experience from the Property Management, Real Estate or a similar/related industry
WITH:
- The ability to create captivating Marketing Collateral
- Experience with Digital and Print Marketing
- Social Media experience
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
PLUSES:
- +++ A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar
- +++ Proficiency with Yardi
