LOGISTICS / CUSTOMER SUPPORT / INSIDE SALES

LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

$45,000 TO START PLUS FULL BENEFITS

AS LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:

• Join a specialist in global logistics
• Receive complete training
• Perform a combination of administrative, customer support, business development and inside sales duties
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Reach out by phone and email
• Provide information on service capabilities, details and pricing
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Schedule appointments for the Senior Sales Executives
• Additionally, distribute lists of warm leads to the Sales Teams
• Assist with data entry projects
• Serve as a point of contact for existing customers
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE WILL INCLUDE:

• Cold Calling, Lead Generation and/or Inside Sales experience
• Communication, Customer Service and Business Development skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
