    About the role:

    This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical side of customer set ups and has a keen eye for process. As part of the Growth Services team, this role will customize accounts, oversee customer communication, and ensure the Growth Services pipelines are effective. Our Expert Services Rep will also handle invoicing and reporting and work closely with Ginger to continuously improve department performance and the customer experience. 

     

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Proactively owning the experience of JobNimbus customers by customizing and optimizing their accounts
    • Authoring an authentic and engaged onboarding and training process for each customer, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and conscientiousness
    • Making calls and following up with customers daily, both as a individual contributor and as a productive team member
    • Creating a white-glove experience for the customer, with an eye toward a positive customer experience 
    • Using technical product skills to demonstrate and customize features within current JobNimbus accounts
    • Gaining an awareness of all aspects of customer businesses, and proactively submitting feedback recommendations for constant product improvement
    • Occasionally attending trade shows and events to interact with customers
    • Collaborating remotely and occasionally in office with other members of the Customer Experience team

     

    Required Skills:

    • Expert in the JobNimbus software (3+ months JN experience) preferred but not required
    • Software training, implementation, and onboarding experience a plus
    • Tech-savvy
    • Customer service experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to create and manage multiple pipelines and processes
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Self-motivated and driven
    • Approachable with a friendly demeanor
    • Excellent phone skills
    • Able to deliver engaging training with webinars, etc.
