JOBSOURCE CARSON IS SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Jobsource  is seeking a  Customer Service Representative for one of our companies located in CULVER CITY, CA.  Company makes respiratory masks and hearing protection. Candidate will be responsible for assisting with calls, emails from customers, and logging in calls as well as other clerical duties.  

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST- IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! PREFERABLY IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT.   MUST HAVE 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SUPPORT ROLE

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform SORTING AND Filling duties- 
• Maintain customer files so they remain updated and easily accessible- 
• INVESTIGATE SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE CLAIMS FROM CUSTOMERS/FREIGHT CARRIERS- 
• IMPORT/EXPORT DOCUMENTATIONS
• WAREHOUSE INVENTORY ANALYSIS/REVIEW
• Make outgoing calls and take phone messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers, voicemail, and computer for word processing, and EXCEL spreadsheet creation etc. 
• Perform Data Entry 
• Help organize office 
• Retrieve/SUBMIT files or documents TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS (e.g. Shipping or Order Processing)
• Perform other office duties as needed

 Requirements

• Proficient in MS; outlook, excel, and word
• Great communication skills
• Fast typist
• Very good Organization and multi-task skills
• Experience in office setting 
• BILINGUAL IN SPANISH (READ, WRITE, SPEAK)
• High School or equivalent

SCHEDULE:

 Monday to Friday

8:00 am to 5:00 pm
