    Job Description

    TEMP-TO-HIRE ADMIN FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT to help support our Facilities Maintenance department. 

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Distribute Equipment Non OP Report

    • Research and order materials as needed

    • Reconcile overhead exception list

    • Check Shipping and Receiving for incoming materials

    • Place phone calls to vendors and contractors to check status of ongoing projects and update Facilities Maintenance staff as needed

    • Data entry of paper records into various Facilities Maintenance department data bases

      • Vehicle maintenance
        • Equipment maintenance
        • Pending jobs
    • Clean up and maintain hard copy filing system

    • Deliver and receive paper work from Facilities Maintenance department mailbox

    • Go on “Parts Run” as needed

    • Provide administrative support to Facilities Manager as needed

    • Ensure Facilities Maintenance Department training requirements are kept updated

    • Maintain Vendor log

    • Reconcile credit card charges each month

    • Check janitorial supplies and order a needed

    • Post bulletins/memos from CMSD as needed

     

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

    • US Citizenship is required
    • The ability to acquire a DBIDS credential is required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS, Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Good communication skills; both written and verbal
    • Good problem solving abilities
    • Well organized, especially when it comes to filing and document management
    • Background in Facilities Maintenance, Property Management, Manufacturing, or Construction helpful
    • Personnel that is familiar with Lean Six Sigma preferred, but not required.
