Learning Consultant
As a Learning Consultant, you will need to be passionate about helping clients solve and implement complex challenges and supporting them through their critical transformations. The ideal candidate will be motivated and comfortable with being a self-starter, managing their own time effectively and efficiently, and working independently, while also excelling in a collaborative team environment. The incumbent will demonstrate a can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced workplace. Responsibilities include:
•\tSupport development of learning strategy(ies)
•\tSupport client in conducting annual needs assessment and identify future learning and education programming needs of the organization
•\tEvaluate training trends and analytics and provide recommendations for professional development opportunities
•\tSupport development of testing and evaluation procedures to determine the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
•\tSupport sustainment planning for learning initiatives
•\tSupport facilitation of client facing workshops, workgroups and/or design sessions
•\tWork within a matrix team environment to ensure all work products meet client expectations
•\tWork collaboratively with leadership and team members to continually develop and improve the processes and output
•\tSupport current and future business development efforts

Profile
•\tBachelor’s (Master’s preferred) Degree in Education, Learning Technology. Instructional Systems Design, Organization Development or related field
•\t5 to 10+ years of relevant professional work experience (client-facing environments and federal government experience preferred).
•\tExperience with large-scale learning and professional development efforts
•\tMust have experience with adult learning methods, needs assessment and evaluation methodology.

•\tAbility to work at all levels in the organization and influence others toward a common vision or goal
•\tAbility to articulate messages to a variety of audiences with a focus on relevancy and positive behavioral change

•\tExcellent written/oral communication skills in the English language
•\tAdvanced skill and proficiency with MS Office Suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and related tools
