JOB DETAILS What you'll be doing:

• Analyzing and assessing day-to-day system support
• Lead improvement of business processes
• Review 3PL business systems
• Effectively communicate with different business units and users
• Translate business needs into system requirements
• Documentation to define scope & objective while formulate systems that align with strategies

What we're looking for:

• Bachelors
• Previous experience in a 3PL environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
• Supporting full SDLC
• Business process modeling and mapping
