    We are recruiting on behalf of Kids In Sports. Kids In Sports is a fast-paced specialized sports program for children ages 12 months through 12 years old that has been operating and growing since 1999. We teach the fundamentals of baseball, basketball, flag football, floor hockey, lacrosse, soccer, and volleyball through our Multi-Sport and Sport-specific classes. We take pride in nurturing whole child development in a fun environment, helping each child grow in the confidence and skills they need to succeed in sports, school, and life.

    Kids In Sports is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead Sales and Marketing initiatives at all Kids In Sports locations. We require an enthusiastic, self motivated individual that will lead in ultimately fostering relationships with Parents and Schools to drive traffic into our locations. Kids In Sports is owned by TOCA Football, and is a growing Nationwide company with great long term opportunities. 

    This is an opportunity to grow a business operating in about 10 locations to 200+ over the next 5 years!

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 3+ years Professional multi-channel Marketing experience
    • A self-motivated entrepreneurial leader with interest and passion for a young Kids programming business.
    • Ability to foster and grow relationships with guests and key partners in each community.
    • 3+ years experience executing Grassroots Marketing strategies.
    • Team player who understands the dynamics of a growing business that has many Teammates.
    • Energized by the potential of growing a small regional brand into the nationwide leader in Children's sports programming.
    • Experience with influencer or micro-influencer marketing, and ability to reach moms and families with young children. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Leading all Marketing initiatives: Field & Event Marketing, Social, Email, Digital, Influencer etc. 
    • Must be willing to Travel Nationwide, work some weekends
    • Lead and present at on and offsite Events
    • Develop relationships with Parents and Schools driving foot traffic into our facility
    • Designing and lead Social media and email campaigns
    • Connect and drive outreach with local Media outlets
    • Create partnerships on a local and National level to leverage Facility growth

    Work Locations

    • Remote - working from home
    • Travel to sites of New Location Openings (first two are outside of Chicago, IL and Atlanta, GA). 
    • First 6 months will include some travel to NYC to learn the brand, and be trained by Founder of Kids in Sports.
