    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced recruiter who seeks talent and has knowledge of screening and interviewing. We are an executive employment search firm that specializes in the recruitment and placement of candidates who have experience in the medical and technical fields as well as office environments, administrative, finance, accounting, legal, sales, ecommerce, creative services, and skilled trades.  The recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

     

    Located in Melville, NY. Full-Time, Pay structure: Base + Commission

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·         Manages the full recruiting lifecycle across a wide variety of open roles. Including management find, hire, and retain quality talent.

    ·         Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and needs of the organization.

    ·         Assist with job postings and advertising.

    ·         Schedule and conduct interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.

    ·         Collaborate with hiring managers and/or human resources staff during the offer process. Identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

    ·         Maintain a database of candidates records.

    ·         Follow up on interview process status and update records in to the database.

    ·         Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·         Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or other relates fields.

    ·         Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    ·         Knowledge of labor and employment laws.

    ·         Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with all candidates.

    ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    ·         Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

    ·         Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
