Responsibilities As an Operations Manager, you will support Pain Medicine, PM&R and Spine Center across various Mayo Clinic Health System locations in Minnesota, including Mankato, Austin, Red Wing, Albert Lea, and Owatonna. You will coordinate the operations of allied health staff in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Your primary focus will be to plan and implement policies and systems while leading a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate on financial analysis, problem-solving, and staffing adjustments based on workload. You will also support departmental and institutional projects, recruitment, policy implementation, and act as a resource for communication and issue resolution. You will have autonomy in handling management issues and will oversee operational and clinical supervisors and/or other department personnel. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required. A Master's degree in Business or Healthcare field is preferred. - Two years of healthcare management experience is preferred. - Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines, including physicians, administrators, supervisors, and allied health staff. - Excellent communication, organizational, and human relation skills. - Decision-making and judgment capabilities. - Proficiency in office support and computer systems, including spreadsheets, databases, statistics, software, and budgeting. - Clinical degree and licensure, if applicable.
