    Flexible and Personalized Work Schedule

    If you are looking for a personalized work schedule, our On-Demand TM position may be perfect for you. You can work as much or as little as you like, depending on shift availability and store needs.

    As an On-Demand TM, you have the freedom to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that work best for you. You will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but can easily access available shifts through our myTime mobile scheduling app.

    Responsibilities of an On-Demand TM:

    • Pick up and work shifts as they become available
    • Communicate and respond to our contact attempts
    • Attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term structured training schedule

    All About Service & Engagement:

    As a Guest Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service. This includes welcoming and thanking guests, exceeding their expectations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

    As a Guest Advocate, you can expect to:

    • Interact with guests to create an inclusive and welcoming experience
    • Use problem-solving skills to positively impact the guest experience and resolve concerns
    • Adapt to different guest interactions and situations
    • Promote and sell various benefits, offerings, and services

    Some of your responsibilities as a Guest Advocate may include:

    • Delivering exceptional guest service by following the service standard
    • Greeting guests and quickly understanding their needs
    • Engaging with guests, asking questions, and addressing their specific needs
    • Using your knowledge of store products and services to improve the guest experience
    • Scanning and bagging items efficiently
    • Making guests aware of store activities and events
    • Assisting guests with enrollment and use of our services and apps
    • Processing returns and resolving any negative situations
    • Maintaining a clean work area and stocking supplies
    • Working in a safe manner and following all safety policies and procedures

    Additional Information:

    • The ability to handle cash transactions
    • The ability to lift and move merchandise up to 15 pounds (occasionally up to 40 pounds)
    • A flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Active engagement in picking up and working shifts as well as responding to contact attempts
