    Job Title: Enterprise Risk & Controls Knowledge and Capabilities Program Manager

    About us:

    Global Risk Review (GRR) is an independent department that provides assurance to Citigroup (Citi) and Citibank NA (CBNA) Risk Management Committees, senior management, and regulators. We assess the effectiveness of credit, capital, and collateral risk management and the ability of the Business and independent Risk Management to identify, monitor, and mitigate risks. Our team consists of several core Review functions, including Fundamental Credit Risk, Confirmation of Basel Review and Analysis, Collateral Risk Review, and Global Portfolio Review.

    About the role:

    As the ERMTP Program Manager, you will report to the Head of Enterprise Risk and Controls Knowledge and Capabilities and collaborate with the Risk & Control Transformation Office and Head of Risk and Controls Learning & Development. Your role is essential in driving the development and sustainability of an enterprise-wide risk management training curriculum, supporting Citi's Enterprise Risk Framework and risk and control policies. This program covers all risk types and serves all Citi businesses and corporate functions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide thought leadership to design and build an enterprise-wide training program promoting Citi's Enterprise Risk Framework and risk and control policies.
    • Establish and implement relevant policies, standards, and procedures to operationalize and sustain the training program.
    • Collaborate with Risk and Controls policy owners and Learning Advisors to drive the annual ERMTP Training Needs Analysis (TNA), identify content gaps, and harmonize related risk and control topics.
    • Lead the ERMTP as part of Citi's Transformation initiatives, ensuring all program management requirements are satisfied.
    • Establish processes and controls to ensure the sustainability of the ERMTP, including monitoring and reporting training metrics, annual TNA review, and change control.
    • Collaborate with First Line Unit representatives to determine target audiences based on their risk management role archetype.
    • Partner with Learning & Development to determine deployment strategy and monitor progress in the annual training development plan.
    • Manage multiple ERMTP stakeholder governance forums and communications.
    • Lead the ERMTP through Internal Audit validation.

    Skills/Competencies:

    • Strategic understanding of Risk & Controls policy.
    • Ability to engage with multiple senior stakeholders and build and shape teams.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Leadership, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree a plus.
    • 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years of program management experience.
    • Strong risk management, controls, audit, or compliance experience, with a working knowledge of Risk & Controls policies.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
