As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will provide exceptional service to our guests. You will welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. You will promote both physical and digital services and solutions, empowering guests to make their shopping experience effortless and seamless.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming experience for guests by greeting and observing them, and tailoring your approach to their needs
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
• Inform guests about brand launches, store activities, and events
• Promote the benefits of the Target RedCard and assist guests with the application process
• Guide guests on using the Target App and its features and offerings
• Direct guests to enrollment, activation, and use of fulfillment services
• Handle returns and resolve guest concerns following Target's policies and procedures
• Deliver exceptional service to guests using Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services
• Maintain a clean work area and stock supplies while being available to assist guests
• Work safely, follow safety policies and best practices, and support compliance with laws
• Assist with order pick up (OPU) and drive-up (DU) services, complying with adult beverage laws

Additional Information:

• Accurately handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates
• Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
