Short Description: We are looking for someone to conduct psycho-social assessments for newly diagnosed cancer patients. Your role will involve identifying their needs and developing a personalized social service plan for each patient and their family. You will also be responsible for answering inquiries and providing consultations in a timely manner. Additionally, you will assist with non-medical aspects of their care, such as transportation, financial concerns, insurance coordination, disability support, prescription management, and connecting them with community resources and referrals. Experience Required: 1-2 years of healthcare experience. Education Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
