** What You Will Do :**
Guidehouse is seeking a Workforce Measurement and Modeling Analyst to support a federal government client in conducting a work measurement and modeling study. The candidate will contribute to the design and execution of the data collection plans, lead a team of junior members on data collection field trips, interact with clients, support data analysis and report development.
** What You Will Need :**
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance
Bachelor's degree in a related field
FOUR (4) years of relevant experience
** What Would Be Nice To Have :**
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
Experience applying work measurement, modeling or other industrial engineering techniques
Skilled in project management; PMI-certified project management professional (PMP) is a plus
Previous experience supporting or developing operational transformation
Experience with federal acquisitions procedures and/or knowledge of federal acquisition regulations
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience at all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, quality, & customer service orientation
Experience in Public Sector consulting
