** What You Will Do :**

Guidehouse is seeking a Workforce Measurement and Modeling Analyst to support a federal government client in conducting a work measurement and modeling study. The candidate will contribute to the design and execution of the data collection plans, lead a team of junior members on data collection field trips, interact with clients, support data analysis and report development.

** What You Will Need :**

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• FOUR (4) years of relevant experience

** What Would Be Nice To Have :**

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance

• Experience applying work measurement, modeling or other industrial engineering techniques

• Skilled in project management; PMI-certified project management professional (PMP) is a plus

• Previous experience supporting or developing operational transformation

• Experience with federal acquisitions procedures and/or knowledge of federal acquisition regulations

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience at all levels of the organization

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, quality, & customer service orientation

• Experience in Public Sector consulting
