Join Our On-Demand Team

We are currently looking for On-Demand Team Members. This opportunity allows you to work as much or as little as you like, giving you the flexibility to create your own schedule. As an On-Demand Team Member, you can pick up shifts that best fit your needs by using our myTime mobile scheduling app.

We require your active engagement in picking up shifts and responding to our attempts to contact you. We want to ensure that our communication is clear and effective.

Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment with Target.

If you are offered a position as an On-Demand Team Member, you will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo a short-term structured training schedule to prepare you for your role. After that, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up the shifts you desire.

What You'll Do as a Guest Advocate

• Provide excellent guest service by welcoming and interacting with guests
• Understand the products, services, and tools available in the store to help guests
• Thank guests and make them feel valued for choosing Target
• Scan items efficiently and follow food safety standards
• Assist guests with returns and resolve any concerns
• Support services such as order pick-up and drive-up
• Maintain a clean work area and comply with safety policies
• Work in accordance with ethical conduct and compliance standards
• Perform other duties as needed
