Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (GED). - Preferred experience as a Paramedic. - Preferred associate or baccalaureate degree in Paramedicine. - Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). License or Certification: - Current certification as a Nationally Registered Paramedic. - Current Minnesota and Wisconsin Paramedic Licensure/Certification. - Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification and ACLS. - Current ITLS or PHTLS, and PALS (or within six months of hire). - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Exemption Status: Nonexempt Compensation Detail: Consideration of education, experience, and tenure along with internal equity. Benefits Eligible: Yes Schedule: Full Time Hours/Pay Period: 72 Schedule Details: 72 hours/pay period, 12-hour shifts Weekend Schedule: Typically every other weekend.
