Hourly pay range: $18.70 - $33.65

As a Problem Solver at Target, your role will be to ensure the accuracy of inventory by verifying item attributions. You will be the first responder to any identified defects and exceptions in the freight flow process. Your responsibilities will include determining the root cause of defects, conducting research, correcting defects, and documenting them. You will work closely with the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team and other process teams to solve problems. Additionally, you will manage multiple priorities and provide exceptional service to leaders by anticipating their needs and proactively solving problems. Your poise, professionalism, and leadership skills will align with Target's values.

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in a warehouse or similar role
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data
• Ability to operate powered equipment (training will be provided)
