Whether you have previous experience or are new to the industry, we have great opportunities waiting for you! We provide a competitive base wage that is guaranteed, regardless of the number of services you provide or haircare products you sell. Our stylists are currently earning between $20 to $40 per hour, including tips and incentives. You will receive your base wage and incentives paid every week.

We understand the importance of flexibility, so we offer schedules that fit your needs, whether you are looking for full-time or part-time positions. Moreover, we provide ongoing paid industry-leading training, so even if you don't have experience, we will train you. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide great haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
