    Job Description

    Finance Analyst - Treasury Forecasting About the Role:

    We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Finance unit in Citigroup's Corporate Treasury organization. As part of the Treasury Finance team, you will be responsible for preparing financial plans and forecasts for Treasury's balance sheet and revenues. You will work closely with other Treasury groups and play a crucial role in analyzing financial results and interest rate sensitivity. In addition, you will collaborate with various teams within the Finance organization and technology partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform analysis of annual 3-year Operating Plan, CCAR PPNR forecasts, Quarterly Multi-Year Multi-Scenario Forecast, and monthly outlooks.
    • Maintain and document models used to forecast Treasury's balance sheet and revenues under different economic and interest rate scenarios.
    • Contribute to Treasury Liquidity Pool and Credit Spread reporting and analysis.
    • Analyze trends in P&L (Profit and Loss) and Balance Sheet.
    • Ensure data integrity in forecasting systems and data feeds.
    • Track and maintain managed segment hierarchy and product set-ups in forecasting systems.
    • Prepare management reports, analytics, and presentations, including monthly presentations for the Citigroup Treasurer and quarterly CFO flash calls.
    • Participate in automation projects to improve forecasting models and streamline data consolidation processes.

    Successful Candidates Will Possess:

    • Extensive experience using Excel and/or VBA.
    • Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information to executive leaders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel with VBA experience being a plus.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • At least 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related analytical field.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
