Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is perfect for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members using our myTime mobile scheduling app. We expect active engagement and prompt responsiveness to our contact attempts. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months. If you are offered a position as an On-Demand TM, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and a structured training schedule to prepare you for your new role. After that, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to choose the shifts you want to work. ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT: As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting guest needs. Whether it's in-person or digital, you will be knowledgeable about our products and services and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities may include: - Greeting and welcoming guests - Identifying guests who need assistance and tailoring your approach to their needs - Promoting and selling various benefits, offerings, and services - Assisting with checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up - Providing support for order pick-up and delivery services - Maintaining a clean work area and following safety guidelines WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: If you enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment, providing exceptional service to guests, and interacting with people all day, you might be a great fit for Target.
