    Job Description

    As part of the ICG Risk and Control team, you will play a crucial role in implementing the New Activity Program across our business areas. This program ensures that we adhere to internal requirements, regulatory commitments, and industry best practices related to new activities and products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support initiatives to address operational risks related to the New Activity Program across different lines of business.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address any open issues related to new activities through risk and control transformation.
    • Manage day-to-day tasks such as project management, reporting, and governance enhancements within the New Activity Program.
    • Ensure program maintenance, oversight, and reporting in accordance with the New Activity Policy/Procedure.
    • Monitor and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
    • Create effective communications for stakeholders.
    • Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 6 to 10 years of experience within large Financial Services organizations, with a focus on new activities, new products, and product governance.
    • Experience in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and remediation is highly desirable.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proactive mindset with the ability to improve existing processes.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to cooperative and collaborative working.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

    Please note that this job is based in Jacksonville, Florida, United States, with a salary range of $100,430.00 - $150,650.00.
