Starting Hourly Rate: $16.50 USD

As an On-Demand TM, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule will vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is perfect for those who are looking for a personalized work schedule.

Responsibilities as an On-Demand TM:

• Create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members (via our myTime mobile scheduling app) that work best with your schedule.
• Active engagement by picking up and working shifts as well as responding to our attempts at contact.
• Prioritize regular attendance and work at least one shift within 6 months.
• Effectively communicate and work when our business demands it most.
• Attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are prepared for your new role.

Responsibilities as a Guest Advocate:

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and observing their needs.
• Engage with guests, ask questions to better understand their needs, and provide assistance.
• Be knowledgeable about the products, services, and features available to improve the guest experience.
• Promote and sell various benefits, offerings, and services.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Support guest services such as order pick-up, drive-up, and registry.
