Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, Logs and Records Job Location: Waco, TX Schedule: 9/80 REG (Every other Friday off) L3Harris is seeking a Senior Administration Associate - Log and Records for our facility in Waco, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive wages, benefits, and a generous relocation package. Job Description: The Logs and Records Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining all Aircraft Logs and Records during depot maintenance or modifications, as directed by government contracts. Essential Functions: - Work with moderate supervision to set objectives and communicate with team members and external contacts to explain and interpret operational processes. Adapt to changes in own job area. - Compile and release reports in accordance with technical directives and contractual statement of works, ensuring accurate recordkeeping. - Analyze and report discrepancies to program POC's, providing solutions based on technical data and FAR direction. - Conduct detailed aircraft records investigations for missing, incomplete, or contradictory information. - Interface with program office and customers regarding maintenance issues and assist in developing corrective action plans. - Account for all records upon aircraft induction and analyze incoming discrepancies and Post Flight Cards. - Review and update aircraft records in accordance with technical direction and input data to applicable databases. - Review and maintain a Monthly Maintenance Plan, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 1+ years of experience with United States Air Force aircraft logs and records requirements. - 1+ years of experience with Maintenance Manuals and Technical library operation. Preferred Additional Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office. - Current DOD Secret Security Clearance. - Experience with Solumina, SAP, Automated Maintenance Management System CAMMS, and G081. - Experience in Depot Level maintenance and modification environment. - Experience with extracting requirements from military contracts.
