    Job Overview:

    Join our Multisite Engineering team to drive the development and execution of our manufacturing engineering strategy. You will collaborate with various departments and build relationships to implement project initiatives, drive productivity, optimize value, and promote growth. This role involves working with manufacturing sites and developing plans for capacity and program initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (other engineering disciplines considered with relevant experience)
    • Master's degree is a plus
    • 15+ years of capital engineering project-based experience
    • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience in machine design and knowledge of machine shop practices
    • Proficient in 3D & 2D software for modeling
    • Knowledge of process engineering and statistical analysis
    • Strong documentation and knowledge management skills
    • Familiarity with machine and plant control systems
    • Experience with primary and secondary packaging equipment is a plus
    • Knowledge of plant infrastructure and operations
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in agile operating environments

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate and drive network and plant strategies for capacity growth
    • Approve equipment design, development, and execution
    • Define performance criteria, schedules, and budgets
    • Work with the Packaging Engineering team to define process parameters and testing methods
    • Provide input on equipment specifications and testing processes
    • Assist project managers and plant personnel with technical project support
    • Manage technical knowledge and department communication
    • Optimize startup methodologies
    • Develop MSA and SOW with Procurement and Legal
    • Implement lean and standard work principles for efficiency
    • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
