Job Opportunity: Guest Advocate at Target

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.25 USD

About the On-Demand Team Member Role:

• You can choose your own schedule and work as much or as little as you like.
• Pick up shifts that work best with your personal schedule using our myTime mobile scheduling app.
• Regularly engage and respond to our communication attempts.
• Attend a Target Welcome orientation and short-term training to prepare for your role.

About the Service & Engagement Role:

• Advocate for excellent guest experiences, focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Knowledgeable about our products and services, both in-store and digital, to assist guests.
• Communicate and interact inclusively with guests to build a welcoming environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making to enhance guest experience and resolve concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high standard of guest service and create a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests, understand their needs, and offer assistance.
• Be knowledgeable about store offerings and products to improve guest experience.
• Thank guests and provide efficient checkout services.
• Promote and sell benefits, offerings, and services.
• Assist with fulfillment services, such as order pick up and Drive Up.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
