Job Description:

We are looking for Small Format Team Members to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming experience in our smallest format stores. As an On-Demand Team Member, you can create a personalized work schedule based on shift availability and your own needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests in a genuine and helpful manner
• Be knowledgeable about the store's products and services, and assist guests accordingly
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and pricing accuracy
• Complete assigned tasks and prioritize workload with minimal guest disruption
• Support major transitions and inventory management
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment

Qualifications:

• Positive and welcoming attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to handle cash register operations and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 40 pounds
