About the Team

We are a small but growing UX/UI Design team focused on creating top-notch experiences for our customers, partners, and developers worldwide. We value positive attitudes, creative thinking, and problem-solving that puts the user at the center.

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a full-stack UX/UI Designer who will oversee the research and design process for one of our leading digital products at Worldpay.

• Conduct necessary research and analysis to become an expert in the relevant domain and customer segment
• Advocate for the end user and ensure that the project meets their needs
• Take ownership of the product specification, information architecture, user flows, and overall user experience
• Validate and refine design through rapid UX prototypes and user testing
• Create visually appealing UI designs that align with the Worldpay/FIS brand
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support development and ensure the final product meets design expectations

What You Bring

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Digital Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field. In addition:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proven track record in designing high-quality web and mobile products
• Experience in improving business metrics through user-centered product design
• Expert level skills in Figma
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development environment

Added Bonus If You Have

• Experience in B2B/B2B2C
• Design experience in cross-platform (iOS, Android, Web apps)
• Background in payments/financial products
• Education in product/UX/UI/industrial design
• Experience in promoting UX thinking within an organization
• Design system experience
• Interest and understanding of human psychology
• Knowledge of existing and emerging technologies
