Position Purpose:

We are seeking a Training Program Developer who will be responsible for creating and implementing a variety of training programs and auditing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analyses to identify specific needs for our department staff members.
• Select and develop appropriate training programs, including the design of training aids.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, including cost and benefit analyses.
• Research, analyze, and recommend external training programs.
• Maintain records of training activities and track employee progress.
• Assist in auditing staff work and provide recommendations for improvements to management.
• Support policy and procedure revisions, as well as work process development.
• Travel may be required.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Ideally, candidates should have 2+ years of training experience in a managed care or healthcare environment.
