Job Description:

• Now Paying Weekly!!!
• Starting Wage: $18-$25 per hour
• Guaranteed Base Wage & Tips
• Work/Life Balance: Salon closes at 7:00pm during the week
• Option for a "4 Day Work Week"
• Full-Time Benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k) with 4% Match, Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay
• Monthly Performance Bonus of up to $150

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide exceptional haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (training provided)
• The ability to work well with teammates and contribute to a supportive and positive salon atmosphere
