Our company's payment factory solution, FIS™ Trax, creates a single payment hub, making payments simpler, improving visibility, and reducing costs.

What You Will Be Doing

· Work individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements.
· Serve as a liaison between end-users and consultants during consulting projects.
· Expertly research and document client needs, technologies, and regulations related to system design and enhancement. Find and acquire hardware or software that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications.
· Define product scope, objectives, and requirements. Create detailed specifications for product development and testing.
· Analyze the marketplace, industry, company, technology trends, and best practices. Also analyze system impacts on other systems and procedures.
· Devise and/or modify processes and procedures to solve complex technical problems related to computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired results.
· Assess available technologies and recommend solutions to the consulting team.
· Write test plans and test cases to ensure that application enhancements meet client needs and maintain application integrity.
· Conduct a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests using client data to ensure client needs are met.

· Influence clients, business partners, and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection, and vendor selection.
· Consult directly with clients and may travel to client sites.
· Act as team leader for technical aspects of consulting projects, leading sub-plans or small projects. Mentor, guide, advise, and check the work of less experienced business systems analysts and technology business consultants.
· Play a key role in training clients and technical support personnel on enhancements, new systems, or procedures.
· May serve as a pre-sales support specialist when needed.
· Perform other related duties as needed.

What You Bring

· Prior experience in our company's payment factory solution, FIS Trax, or other payment processing software.
· Minimum of 5+ years of practical experience in client-facing positions, implementing, configuring, and supporting software solutions. Experience in scoping and analyzing clients' needs, designing solutions, supervising implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision as an individual contributor or lead a small team in project contexts.
· In-depth knowledge of our company's products, services, and the financial services industry.
· Advanced knowledge of multiple systems development life cycles such as Agile, waterfall, iterative, and other modern approaches. Advanced knowledge of tools, techniques, and principles used in application development.
· Knowledge of application architecture, familiarity with cloud hosting is a plus.
· Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition through UML, use cases, etc.
· Proficiency in quality management methods, tools, and technologies such as JIRA.
· Strong technical background and experience with JavaScript, SQL, Groovy Script, Logi reporting, Web Services, and other relevant tools.
· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
· Willingly shares relevant technical and industry knowledge and expertise with others.
· Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, negotiation, conflict management, and time management skills.
· Ability to influence others and estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects. Demonstrates resourcefulness and proactive attitude in gathering information and sharing ideas.

Bonus Skills

· Intermediate knowledge of Treasury, Cash Management, and Corporate Finance.
· Understanding of Cash Management Processes (e.g., Payment Factory, In-House Bank, Supply Chain Finance).
· Knowledge of Banking Connectivity (SWIFT, EBICS, etc.).
· Familiarity with Messages Formats (ISO20022, SWIFT MTs, Country Specific).
