    Job Description

    Financial Solutions Group Manager

    The Financial Solutions Group Manager is responsible for managing complex and critical financial areas. They lead a team of professionals and have a comprehensive understanding of different functions and how they work together to achieve objectives. They also understand the business impact of technical contributions and have strong commercial awareness. This role includes delivering a full range of services to businesses and geographic regions. Excellent communication skills are required for internal negotiation and occasional external communication. The manager exercises control over resources, policy formulation, and planning. They have full management responsibility, including people management, budgeting, and planning.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the design, roll-out, and governance of financial solutions.
    • Participate in setting strategic direction for finance processes and architecture.
    • Assist in establishing and governing policies and standards for global finance processes.
    • Incorporate changing business, regulatory, and market needs into finance processes and applications.
    • Manage complex financial areas and lead a team of professionals.
    • Deliver a full range of services to businesses and geographic regions.
    • Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
    • Provide advice on business trends, operating environment changes, and strategy.
    • Perform other assigned duties and functions.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry preferred.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within finance.
    • Effective communication and diplomacy skills.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Self-motivated with strong decision-making abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of banking products and systems preferred.
    • CPA certification is a plus.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
