Qualifications for Hair Stylists/Barbers:
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (specific requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing excellent haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, we provide training)
- The ability to work harmoniously with teammates to create a supportive and positive salon environment
