Responsibilities: - Lead the assessment of risks for new and existing business products and make necessary changes. - Stay updated on industry trends and communicate Citi's position to senior management. This includes providing ongoing updates on fraud trends, forecasts, performance, and opportunities. - Identify new tools, vendors, and capabilities to mitigate fraud and anticipate changes in fraud tactics. - Develop a strategic vision for managing and mitigating fraud in the future, including re-engineering work processes, improving customer communication, and enhancing detection capabilities. - Collaborate with policy, operations, and other business partners to optimize fraud prevention efforts. - Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and maintain high ethical standards. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in financial services, with experience leading analytical teams, including managerial experience. - Experience managing teams with broad accountability in a complex environment. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization, balancing strategic priorities with tactical actions. - Proven track record of making quick decisions that have an immediate impact on business financials. - Excellent communication skills for internal negotiations, including senior-level engagements. Some external communication may be necessary. Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree and managerial experience may be preferred.
