We offer the highest effective wage in the market, which includes base pay, commission, bonuses, and tips. Starting base pay is $14 per hour, and it goes up based on your experience. We also provide health insurance, 401K, and long-term life insurance to our salon team.

Qualifications we are looking for

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)

• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, we provide training)
• The ability to work with teammates to create a supportive and positive salon environment
