About the Position:
As an On-Demand Team Member (TM), you have the flexibility to choose when and how much you want to work. Your schedule will depend on shift availability and store needs. This role is perfect for those who prefer a personalized work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you won't be included in the posted weekly schedule. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members using our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement, including picking up shifts and responding to our communication attempts, is required to maintain your employment.
If you're offered the position, you'll attend a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you're prepared for your new role. After that, you'll use the myTime app to choose the shifts you want to work.
About Service & Engagement:
As a Guest Advocate, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional guest experiences. You'll welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. You'll also promote and sell various benefits, offerings, and services to enhance the guest experience and foster loyalty.
