We are proud to be the largest franchisee in the US and strive to provide the highest effective wage in the market. Last week, our average effective wage was $31.43 per hour. Some earn more, some earn less, but no one earns less than $20 per hour. We offer both part-time and full-time shifts, along with hands-on training, free shears ($199 value) just for an interview, and a $300 signing bonus. A cosmetology or barber's license is required.

Qualifications:

• You must have a valid cosmetology and/or barber license (requirements may vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide great haircuts
• A desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, we provide training)
