We are seeking experienced Finishing Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Operating machines effectively and safely to ensure quality products. - Performing preventative and routine maintenance. - Setting up and running various aspects of the saddle stitcher and other equipment. - Assisting other operators and providing work direction during downtime. - Maintaining a safe and clean work environment. - Performing additional tasks as needed. Qualifications for this position include: - Experience with Harris 855 and Muller Saddle Stitcher (335, Bravo, or Prima Plus) is a plus. - Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals. - Knowledge of department safety practices and bindery functions. - Good understanding of quality control and problem-solving skills. - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with the BCS System. - Willingness to work on different machines and overtime when needed. - Strong communication and time management skills. Essential functions of this job include the ability to lift weights, stand for long periods, use hands and wrists continuously, and follow instructions with good vision.
