    About the Job

    Guidehouse is supporting the U.S. Department of Transportation in implementing the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal. This deal will rebuild America’s roads, bridges, and railways, improve access to clean drinking water and high-speed internet, address the climate crisis, promote environmental justice, and invest in historically neglected communities. We are looking for individuals to join us in spearheading this unprecedented investment in our nation’s infrastructure.

    What You Will Do

    • Collect data through interviews, surveys, and work groups.
    • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
    • Facilitate meetings and group discussions to achieve consensus on processes or programs.
    • Develop analysis of current and future state processes.
    • Create executive presentations with recommendations for future improvements.
    • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
    • Lead a team, providing guidance, coaching, and quality assurance to junior staff.

    What You Will Need

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
    • At least 6 years of experience in process management.
    • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience managing and leading teams.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident and pass a government background investigation.

    What Would be a Plus

    • Lean Six Sigma or other process certification.
    • Experience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
    • Previous experience in Federal consulting.
    • Knowledge of Federal grant programs.
    • Experience working in the transportation industry.
